Toula Moua

Biography

Toula is a Career Educator for the Empower & Youth Opportunity Program. She is in her 2 nd year as a career educator. She has been with Merced County Office of Education for over five years. She has an extensive background in working with the public. She is currently working on her degree in Human Services. Her goal is to help as many low-income families and children as she can.

Mission Statement

My goal is to help assist each Empower and Youth Opportunity Program participant in their goals. To make them understand and see the vast wide world and seek every opportunity that is given to them, because life is full of great opportunities. I want to be a person that they can turn to and talk to. I want each participant to exit either program with a credential and a job. I want to exceed each participant's expectation of the YOP/Empower programs.
