Odessa Osby
Biography
Ms. Osby a Merced native attended Merced High, Merced College and Merced Adult ROP Program. Ms. Osby is entering into her 8th year at MCOE with YOP. She now shares part of her time with The Empower Programs. She is a member of the California Association of Regional Occupational Centers and Programs (CAROCP). When not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as shopping, softball and gardening.
Mission Statement
My mission is to provide assistance, resources and information to our students. My goal is to help them make informed career and life choices. To encourage and inspire them to reach their potential. Martin Luther King Jr. said it best:
“ The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands at time of challenge and controversy”
